Two showings in a month ... If JC himself came down off the cross, he couldn't sell a house in this market !
Its only a decent deal if you can sell/buy and complete a move in a year ... I am beginning to wonder.
Now if UPS had to buy my house in 90 days like they do for the "other side", it would be a good deal.
