Flowthrough stays in effect for both Compass and Mesaba. Also there was an addition added that a flowthrough is transferable, i guess meaning that if a company is bought or sold the deal still goes.
So how does a flowback work? If say one DL and one NW guy get furloughed, do they both flow down, or does the DL guy go to the street and the NW guy flow down?
