Flowthrough stays in effect for both Compass and Mesaba. Also there was an addition added that a flowthrough is transferable, i guess meaning that if a company is bought or sold the deal still goes.
I hope you are right but at the NWA/DAL joint merger presentation, both the NWA rep and the DAL Pilot rep said the flowthrough needs to be renegotiated during the merger process, so I don't know how to interprete their statement other than to stay open minded about it. Our union rep did say the flowthrough will remain valid after the merger but he is a union rep and he is not privy to the top NWA/DAL management discussions.
