Yes that is exactly why you don't "see this". Since you don't push and pull throttles you don't have the perspective that we do. Keep in mind the type of people who fly at GoJet enable management to do this type of thing so yes our fight is also with those that sell out other pilots. I can't do anything about those that are there now but perhaps others who are thinking about it will think otherwise.
Actually, I do see this. I do see it childish and unprofessional to do things such as "step on other pilots on ATC frequency". I am not trying to make the world a perfect place, just trying to point out the obvious. They aren't going anywhere and neither is the other under-cutting airline in the making. It's all about the money and if anyone here thinks that they can change things by being vindictive and an out right jack@$$ to other professionals then you are only fooling yourself. Educate by all means. Go to flight schools or career fairs and give all the pros and cons. That is what this forum is for(at least to my knowledge). But understand, they are trying to do the same thing as someone from another airline is doing, Fly and get paid. And if someone decides that GoJet is their destiny, at least be grown and professional enough to respect their decision and move on to the next one. You should perhaps thank goodness for GoJet. If they weren't created, the regional you are flying for could've been the enemy..
