The standard is the same because it hasn't had a chance to change yet. There's been one carrier that has signed a contract since they came on board and it wasn't exactly a resounding win for the industry. Fact of the matter is, whoever has the NEWEST contract should have the industry-leading contract...but that is definitely not the case thanks in part to GJ/Freedom A/The Original Republic Plan (that never happened, thank God).
