I'm not UAX and relatively new to airlines (a bit under 4 years), but for me...I believe your MEC would decide and spell out what the struck flying would be, and I personally wouldn't fly anything that was put on that list. I don't know if they would try to keep the airline flying on the contract operators alone, but if it was on a route you guys didn't fly (say ORD-ATW or ORD-AZO) I don't see how I would have a leg to stand on turning down working the flight.

I would hope that our union would provide some clear guidance as to what we could do and not do as well as spell out to the company what they will expect form us.
