So many things wrong with this....if you average the captain wages posted on APC for Midwest you get $120. The "top of scale" 16 year captain wage is $153. 153/120....top of scale captains earn 27.5% more than the "average hourly rate" at Midwest itself. Do it for FOs and you get 100/79 for 26.5%. Of course the top of scale exceeds the average rate by a lot...or am I missing something?
