By changing direction every 23 days, do you feel Comair is being proactive or reactive, and is that the attitude of a successful company?
In my opinion, a corporate strategy change every 23 days ultimately means there is no strategy at all. The Comair management team is just along for the ride. They don't know where they want to go and sure as heck don't have a plan to get there. Who knows what tools Delta has even given them to get the job done?
If a person changed their personal goals or career goals every 23 days, how would that work out for them?
