If I feel sniffly then suddenly realize I can't clear my ears, I'm sick. No amount of threats or intimidation will change the facts. If this happens when I'm called for a trip, so be it.
You should always conduct yourself as if it is on a case by case basis. If you can't explain your situation to the ACP or to union legal counsel, then you may be doing something wrong.
