If we fly AA it goes down as D2 priviliges "non-rev" therfore we have to pay the fee like everyone else. I didnt know about 11 bucks per destination, is that just for commuting or for non-rev flights too?
Its just wierd becuase yesterday I flew first class PHX to ORD on US Airways for FREE but I would have had to pay $13 for coach on my own airline!
