To the guys that are wondering about the number of aircraft not matching up to the number of furloughs: The rest of that memo states that the remaining aircraft will see big reductions in productivity.

The reason they are allowing everyone to finish training is because Comair bought all of the SIM time that they could in mulitple different countries to be used by all of the newhires. Now, plans have changed, but Comair can't get a refund on all of the SIM time so they might as well use it.
