So out of 300 furloughs 190 were never hired so Comair only needs to furlough 110 pilots?

Not true: I know I'm arguing symantecs here but I thought the memo said we would be reducing up to 300 pilots. If you have a slot that is no longer needed, that is a reduction in and of itself. When I worked in a different life, we also went through a "downsizing". But alot of people had already left and therefore, those vacancies that were never refilled were counted as part of the reduction.

So since 104 pilots quit since January, and Comair
really only needs to furlough 110, then Comair
really really only needs to furlough 6 pilots.
