Actually its the other way around. Centurion and Cielos have one owner. He is in the process of moving airplanes and staff over to Centurion and this process has already begun. Today Cielos is merely a shell of its former self. They are operating two DC10's and only have four crews left. Centurion operates five DC10's and another (ex Cielos) is in C-check and should be on line soon. Yes, there are guys on furlough but in todays airline economics either your furloughed or might be next.
