Luckily, year two pay next year will be more than year two pay is now. So from that standpoint, you win and Comair loses.
But seriously-
When Comair imposed a pay-freeze in June 2005, the guys still on probation did not get the freeze. They are on year five pay now, while guys senior to them are stuck back on year four pay. So who knows how this crap will play out?
No, i would miss out on it because say I get called back in March. So a 6 month furlough. Minus furlough, i would already be six months closer to THIRD year pay. Now i'm just starting 2nd.
