Every airport we fly into has issues like this. DCA when landing 33 and there is departing traffic on 01. PHL landing on 35 when others are landing on 27R. LGA landing 22, departing 13. The list goes on and on. A G/A on any of these at an inopportune time can mean a few seconds of pucker factor. Why tunnel vision isn't a good thing and being aware of what the other traffic is doing is critical.
