However, for standby/space available travel, many airlines do give discounts. (Southwest-$35, JetBlue-$25, NWA-ID90 type discount, etc.)

Find these, by logging onto VIPS-->Forms-->Personal Travel.

Besides the airlines that offer the fixed-fare, (SWA, JetBlue, AirTran, Frontier,) you need to fill out the "How much?" form and submit (e-mail) to Global Travel. They will e-mail you a response within the day usually. Then fill out the "Buy it" form.

Keep in mind, that although ZED and ID90 type fares are usually good on paper, you are space available, usually at a class at the bottom of the list.

Hope that helps.
Is our family eligible for NWA discount? And is it a good deal?
