Just curious, If anybody ever got lightheaded or sick after doing steep turns or stalls ect. For some reason after a while i feel sick, just want to see if that normal or if anybody else experienced these feelings while doings these maneuvers as a student pilot?
I got sick during my second lesson after an introduction to stalls. In my case I had been canceled early in the morning and then went flying in the afternoon. I had also eaten a large lunch of spaghetti and chocolate milk!
In the end I just started to watch what I ate prior to flying, especially if some manuvering was expected.
