Aw yes, airsickness. I've seen it, I've had it.

When I was doing aerobatics, of course I got sick on my first flight. My flight instructor brought Ginger Root pills on the next flight, been taking those ever since before an upside-down flight and haven't felt any discomfort! You can fiind them at any place where vitamins are sold.

If you do start feeling queezy, do let your instructor know. Discontinue the flight because you're not going to be able to learn anything when you're concentrating on not seeing your breakfast again. Thus, you're not wasting your money.

INDEED!! Watch what you eat before performing maneuvers. An hour before flights is what I usually do. If I eat any closer to my flight time, it just causes major indigestion! I've also discovered that Taco Bell is no fun. Keep your food simple and easy to digest. PR&J, cereal, or smoothies have all worked for me. Good luck!
