Did anybody have problems with.....

Aw yes, airsickness. I've seen it, I've had it.
When I was doing aerobatics, of course I got sick on my first flight. My flight instructor brought Ginger Root pills on the next flight, been taking those ever since before an upside-down flight and haven't felt any discomfort! You can fiind them at any place where vitamins are sold.
If you do start feeling queezy, do let your instructor know. Discontinue the flight because you're not going to be able to learn anything when you're concentrating on not seeing your breakfast again. Thus, you're not wasting your money.

I got sick during my second lesson after an introduction to stalls. In my case I had been canceled early in the morning and then went flying in the afternoon. I had also eaten a large lunch of spaghetti and chocolate milk! In the end I just started to watch what I ate prior to flying, especially if some manuvering was expected.
