I see what you are saying. I am not saying that you shouldn't be represented. By all means you should be, and you are. I am just trying to help some of the junior guys realize why certain things may be given higher priorities than others. (all my opinion, right or wrong) Also though, look at the make up of ALPA volunteers.... The majority of them are guys that have been here over 4 or 5 years. If more junior guys would get involved, then maybe the more junior view would be heard. More guys in the 2-4 year mark. Look at what's going on in JFK right now. Nobody is stepping up to the plate to volunteer.
