Can scheduling assign a 4 day trip to a guy with 4 days available on an A4 window, when their is another A4 on the list junior to him that is available for 6 days?

Or can they assign an guy on an A6 that is good for 4 days a two day trip when there is a guy on A5 junior to him that is good for 6 days.

Guess I don't understand the rundown.
