Okay, I may be a little slow here, but help me out with this. It says that after the bid there should be:
CRC 321-347
JRC 91-98
CRF 434-469
JRF 185-200

Why have so many F/Os? (twice the amount of captains) Or is THIS the figure on the furlough?
