Your explanation does help, but do I have to pick up an OTP trip at the same time that I declined the RAT trip or can I pick up OTP makeup trips over the next two bid periods.
You have 2 more Bid periods to pick up open time trips that will pay you 125% under OTP.
Generally and I say Generally, it is usually better for you to decline a RAT and then go to open time, except unfortunatley there currently is NO open time.
