Agreed. What station was this?

We ASA captains have little tolerance for gate agents controlling things beyond their jurisdiction, particularly what j/sers get on our planes.

I'm going to guess this was an outstation run by Delta or Comair (not ASA employees). Maybe? These stations seem to be the worst because they hate us.
