Call me idealistic but I vote as a citizen first and that responsibility out weighs me as a pilot. I am sure that there are more important things to consider above your job when you cast your ballot.
Tell that to all of those people who are out of work and on welfare. Tell that to all of the homeless veterans and other citizens. Kind of hard to be a good citizen when you can't provide for the basic necessities of your family.
