What's an ASEV and how does one bust it? How does an ASEV differ from an ORI?

WAY BACK WHEN I was in water-wagons, our tankers hit all nav points, did all our refuelings. The bombers tossed shack after shack and we busted the ORI because everyone was on a first name basis (when we talked to the crew chiefs we called them by their name and they did the same with us.. great rapport) and a bunch of other minor things. The profile for the bombers was a tough one and most of the other bases were tossing bombs from Mexico to Canada. The IG team gave us 3 months and came back. Everything went FUBAR.

Tankers couldn't get airborne for maint delays. Missed nav points, missed refuelings. Bomber tossed bombs from Mexico to Canada but we wore our hats, saluted, called each other Sgt. and Capt and passed...
