Ok, imagine you are being put on the street by the company because they "don't have enough flying for you to perform." Then all of a sudden, they are now short on F/O's and they offer the remaining pilots (capts included who already make alot more than you) 150% of their pay to pick the flying that the company claims wasn't available for you. Wouldn't that get you a little upset? I don't think most people expect the company to care, but your fellow pilots should care knowing how they would feel if the shoe was on the other foot. Thats whats known as unity and what being apart of ALPA is supposed to be about.
