Most of the people that fly for 135 ops like ACC are looking to get in, get their time, and get out. Having said that we see their aircraft (shorts and Falcon 20) at my FBO a bit and they have always been nice guys. I've never really had a crew say that working for them sucks like some other cargo carriers out there. They have a website, I'd get on there and find a number to HR and find out what they have to say.
