Pay is currently something along the lines of 15 an hour but thats only contact time, you'll spend considerable amount of time doing required job functions that you arent paid for. You'll spend approximately 10-12 hours a day at the flight line for 5 days a week, and then probably another 7-9 on one of the weekend days.
