2. We said we do not support the merger as it stands because there is no way we would work under B-scale.

3. We raised our protest during the congressional hearings on the merger. We testified that this merger is unnecessary and harmful to employees and customers alike.

4. We even contacted Oberstar and filled him on our reasons why this merger should not take place.

That time, we got blamed by many DAL guys that we are trying to f'k up a good thing.

So, spare me the BS that we are so f'n happy to be part of mighty Delta.

We started reluctantly supporting the merger after we realized that nothing will stop it. What is the point in having a split pilot group when the merger is gonna go through nevertheless? We don't want to repeat USAir, do we?

Now that the JCBA has passed, I would say congrats to 'us'. We would be such a powerful negotiating power with 12,000 pilots---but ONLY if we start harping at each other and be unified.
