Anything is fair game for the oral. Look over the opspecs as some of them have changed. High mins CA's/5/5&5 TO's and so on. On the MV you can expect to do V1 cuts, a bunch of missed approaches, single engine approaches, CatII approach, RTO's, CFIT, wake turbulance encounters, Fires, Flap malfunctions and windshear, steep turns and maybe a stall or two.
No tricks on the LOE's. Might have a GEN come offline, might have a pack malfunction lead to a decent(not always a max rate of decent). Last run I had an AC essential bus failure. Just study the QRH a little before hand and you will be fine.
As far as profiles go, there isn't really one. There are 5 to 7 scenarios for the LOE and different instructors will do different things on the MV.
