I guess it comes down to how much ownership Mesa has on flying the birds and Delta just pulling them and giving them to someone else. CAL doesn't own the planes XJT flies, they lease them. We had control over them if CAL wanted to pull them from us. Hence the Branded and Delta flying we did recently. CAL is paying to park the 135's we fly and no one else can fly them unless it is us if CAL wants to bring them back after parking them for 12 months.
