ABSOLUTLY, without a doubt and no question about it!
We will run EMB classes LONG before we ever run a CRJ class and when they do run RJ classes look for them to contain only 5 or so new hires with the majority being transitioning EMB FO's. When this happens they will also run EMB New Hire classes to back fill the transition FO's and the EMB class will contain 4 times the number of new hires that are in the RJ class. Plus the EMB FO's might sit reserve for 1-3 months at most, unlike their RJ brethren. After all, we are still short staffed on EMB FO's and we’re well staffed on RJ FO's.
I wouldn't be surprised if they run 2 New Hire EMB classes by the end of the year, I actually expect it.
