No no no. I'm saying the Russian infantry soldiers that are in Georgia have the same amount of power that the American infantrymen have in Iraq. They were just doing what they were told to do, and they swore to their leadership that they would do it. Its bad when they die. Some people blame some poor soldier for what he did in Iraq.
