Johnso29 is right we would make captain faster here at Nwa then a newhire at dal. You may be on a bigger plane now but will likely be on it as an fo longer. Btw not everyone wants to fly the heavies right now.
This of course is always subject to change for either side. As one pilot group hopefully we ALL have better careers.
