This is true, Lakes is not for everyone. There curently is a class of +/- 30 people, 9 for the EMB120 and rest on the 1900. Trainning is tuff, much like a fire hose.

Schedules suck, somewhere between 10-16 days off per month. The more senior the more days off you can bid for. Usually 2-4 days off in a row if you dont get Jr. manned. Mnay people commute for their trips, depends on where you are comming from, DEN is usually pretty easy to get in and out of. The Jr. guys get sent to STL for now but can usually bid back to DEN in 2-3 months.

GLA is probably done hiring for the E120 for now, but the 1900's flying is growing rapidly. You most likely would get the 1900.
