I just mailed Comair HQ the book "The Southwest Airlines Way", maybe they can learn a thing or two. The book shows
exactly what CMR needs to do!
- Lead with credibility and caring
- Invest in front line leaders (Ain't that the truth!)
- Hire and train for relational competence
- Use conflicts to build relationships
- Make unions its partners, not its adversaries (Yes Comair!)
- Build relationships with its suppliers
