Sure keeping a good attitude is good for any employee/employer, but there comes a point when you just run your people down and I believe Comair is reaching that point. It seems that nobody at this place is ever held accountable for thier actions except the crewmembers. Pretty soon they are going to be asking you guys to bring in your own chairs from home because they "can't afford" to replace the broken one you are sitting in. But hey, Keep Smiling.
I can't disagree at all with your post and when I'm still an FO 8 years from now, I will not be the least bit surprised. What I do know is that Comair is the only job I have and I am required to be here on average 16 days a month. While that is no excuse to tolerate the inhumane treatment that seems to exist around this place, until that changes--for my own sanity and the sanity of those around me who are dealing with the same thing--I AM going to do my best maintain a good attitude. To each his own, though........
