Next time you go into JFK or LGA, tell me how many Freedom/CHQ/ASA-Skywest/Shuttle America planes you see compared to Comair. While Freedom might have a bit of a JFK presence, a majority of the time it's 5:1 in favor of Comair. Also, being wholly-owned by Delta gives them more flexibility (correct me if I'm wrong) to use our slots for more lucrative mainline/int'l flights......
May be true, but I believe the numbers that count are adjusted for weather and ATC
