Yeah that makes sense, take money from yourselves. You should be in management. I spent 10 horrible years at Comair and everytime I look at this thread I thank god I was able to get out. Take everything you are able to take from that place. Shaving a few mins. off the in/out times is NOT going to help. I really feel for those of you stuck there. And I know it is not right to say, but Comair is a Regional Airline. You and I, have or had, the regional mentality. Regional schedulers, dispatchers, and maint. I have worked at a major for 6 mons, and it is a different world. I wish you all the best of luck in these tough times. The only way things will get better is if Comair is sold from Delta.
