Crew Scheduler (5 open positions)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School education or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 years-previous experience in a direct customer service contact position or within a Call Center environment required.
Check! I used to work in a liquor store selling kegs to college students and sometimes answering phone calls from students ordering their kegs.
• Must possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Check! Hell, I'm a pilot I have excellent problem solving skills!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Must have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to prioritize tasks based on operational urgency.
Check! I can drink beer and make out with three girls simultaneously.
• Computer literate and a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access required.
Check! I can log on to APC, write grievances in Word, track my duty times and Excel. Oh..oh, and I can make fancy PowerPoint presentations with funny sounds and animations.
•SBS, Toast and Fleetwatch software applications preferred.
Check! I know how to use SBS, I love Toast in the morning and I can learn fleetwatch! What is that anyway? Stand in the ramp tower with binoculars and watch the fleet?
I am totally qualified for this position! You guys would hire me, right?
you sir are disqualified because you would try to look ahead and solve problems before they arouse. you would also try to abide by the contract.
Besides, you wouldn't have the time to go through the 3 week training session. you would miss your RR's!
