What exactly was the "fair deal" that was offered? A buck fifty more to fly a larger aircraft and the ability to pick up more chicks in a bar since your airplane is bigger and shinier than mine? I may be wrong since I didn't work there, but wasn't TSA management offering the pilots crap wages to fly the "heavy" CRJ's? which is why they told management where they could stick their heavys?
