Sorry to hear about the bad experiences guys. Not being on the interview board, I'm frankly embarrassed about that. Not sure what's going on, but hopefully it changes quickly. I will have to say, Luv, if you'd answered the driving infraction problem like you said, I would have laughed my A$$ off, shook your hand and given you the job (my personal opinion).
