I am now working for Pluna in a contract to get their guys up to speed on the CRJ900. They have one of the most professional group of pilots I have ever run into. The problem your question raises is how would you get in.

They are seriously one huge family, two brothers fly together, father and sons, they do it and the kicker is that they have been doing it for between 10 and 30 years each. It would be a hard nut to crack.

The other problem is that they are downsizing from 76s and 73s. No one likes it, but that is how the industry is moving.
