The more and more I read through these press release, the more idiotic this sounds. I can tell you right now, that even with these new 11 jetbridges that will apparently take them 2-3 years to install, you will still see passengers hauling their huge carryons up and down the stairs. Also, I am so glad they spend a crapload of money getting those brand spankin' new buses to haul passengers around. I guess they'll just park them. As far as no job loses, give me a break, are you telling me they are going to move all these guys over to Concourse A? What about the ramp tower guys?
They're not putting gates in at the C terminal. The jetways already exsist, but are not in use. There are 8 at the A terminal and there are 3 at the B terminal. The ones at A either need to be rehabed or replaced and the three at B are still functional. Comair will have to share the B terminal ramp tower with Delta. The bus drivers are toast though!
