You don't need a canadian atpl to fly there . When I was there we had Aussies,Newfies great people they are and what have you . if its a icao licence you have you can go but you need to have a Madivian licence in 3 months you just write the exam . But if you ask me about Male I will tell you to stay home.I hated it, but there are people that I know that have been there for years . Its a nice place if you don;t have to go back too.
