Back to my point about just spewing out what some captain or management told you. Its funny that you say exactly what we were told by management in our new hire classes. Feel free to do a little research. What I'm saying isn't some conspiracy theory, its the facts.
1) United asks TSA to fly 700's
2) TSA agrees and tells TSA pilots that they are going to fly these under the same payscale.
3) TSA pilots hold out for better pay for a bigger aircraft
4) TSH decides to go elsewhere for cheaper labor
Apparently it wasn't so cheap since they are not being paid same as TSA pilot. Do you get my point? Why would management do that? It goes against everything of why you guys say GJ was created. TSA had the chance, it's not as if GJ was created without their say. ALPA...
5) Guys come in and fly at crappy wages
6)TSH gets X months of cheap labor before GoJet unionizes to negotiate a slightly less crappy contract
