I DO know that all Capt's start on the Lear regardless of where they served as f/o's. I also understand that when upgrading to Capt, you move BACK 1 year in seniority. Thus the pay for a f/o with 3 years seniority upgrading to Capt would be paid at rate of 2nd year Capt. Have NO idea why. J
