Whats the deal?????
Due to limited cars at the FBO I went to lunch with a Citation Shares crew about a month ago. It seems like the place to be. If not the highest paid fractional then close, one week on one week off (sweet), and you can live anywhere within a two hour drive of any of there numerous bases. Why do I never here anybody really talking about them. All I hear is Netjets, Netjets and more Netjets. Please feel free to correct any incorrect statements. WHATS THE DEAL?

Very vague rumor floating around that Flexjet is looking into the possibility of adding Atlanta, Chicago, and Denver to their crew base list. Announcement may be months down the road. May help some with their choice of fractionals. All depends on cost.

Hey Joel
Can you ask your son how long it takes to get onto the Challenger as a Capt. I've heard anywhere from 3-5 years to upgrade from FO to Capt... but I assume that is into the lower paying Lear.... so how long to get to the much nicer payscale of the Challenger? And can you also ask him if your domicile choice affects your A/C or seat position? Thanks

Bengals fan; Will ask him when I get the chance. I am at his house now. He is due in tomorrow, but we leave for our house before he gets back. I'll check asap. I DO know that all Capt's start on the Lear regardless of where they served as f/o's. I also understand that when upgrading to Capt, you move BACK 1 year in seniority. Thus the pay for a f/o with 3 years seniority upgrading to Capt would be paid at rate of 2nd year Capt. Have NO idea why. J
