I can understand that many pilots would want to get hired at the airlines but this is no attitude to have. The days of walking into an FO position on a CRJ900 with 260 hrs are done. It can be difficult building flight time but that's what has to be done and it is hard work. I want an airline job too but I only have 580/75, so I'm going to have to instruct to build hours. It's just the way it is. I'm not trying to knock anyone here but it's getting frustrating to see this attitude of "I don't want to work to get an airline job."
