If you plan to fly 70-seaters for the rest of your career and top out your career at the age of about 25, it's great.

If you want to see your career grow, this blows.

It is good for RAH. The corporation. And the pilots. Short term. It is very, very bad for Midwest pilots and crews and bad for RAH pilots long term.
